Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. Orders are packed Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

During Black Friday and sale periods, please allow a little extra time for your order to arrive with you.  If you need something urgently please reach out to our customer happiness team on [email protected].

The delivery timeframes quoted below are once the order has left the warehouse.

We use Royal Mail and DPD as our preferred postal services.   

Christmas Delivery

Last shipping date for guaranteed delivery before Christmas is Tuesday 17th December. Any orders placed online after this date cannot be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas day. 

Any orders placed from 23rd December will not be dispatched until 27th December.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is for all Domestic and UK orders over £100. 

Standard UK & NI delivery

Royal Mail are used for all standard delivery, and should ordinarily arrive within five working days, although this is not guaranteed.

We offer the following rates

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 business days) £4.60
  
• Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 business days) £3.65

Express UK Delivery 

We offer an express UK delivery option, via DPD courier service, which we aim to have dispatched to you within 24 hours.

Express Delivery via DPD (next business day) £6.50

DPD offer a 1 hour delivery slot which they will inform you of via email/SMS.  You can arrange for an alternative time/date if not convenient and inform them of a "safe place" to have it delivered to.  

Tilley & Grace  do not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location you deem as a “safe place” such as in the shed, garage or with a neighbour, we cannot accept responsibility if the goods are damaged or you fail to receive your parcel. 

International Delivery
