Returns

We hope you will love everything you buy from Tilley & Grace, but if not we want to make the returns process as simple for you as possible, because let's face it, we like to keep things easy!

Christmas Returns

Any items purchased from 15th November can be returned in-store or by post until 9th January. Proof of purchase will still be required and the item must be unused with the tag attached. Please note if a gift receipt is provided, we will only offer an exchange or credit note.

Online Orders

You can return anything within 30 days of placing your order. Please ensure your items are unwashed, unworn, and, if there are any, with the original tags attached.  You can return by either of the methods below:-

1. Return In-Store - Take your unwanted items into any of our shops (excluding outlets), with your proof of purchase, where an exchange or refund will be issued.

2. Post to Head Office - Complete the returns form enclosed in your delivery and post back to Tilley & Grace Returns, 38 Yew Tree Court, Framlingham Road, Earl Soham, Suffolk IP13 7SG.  Please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive with us.  We highly recommend that you use a tracked service.

Please note that unless an item is faulty, not as ordered or it is otherwise stated you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage.


In-Store Purchases

We understand that sometimes you change your mind and would like to return or exchange your purchases.  This can be done in any of our stores, within 14 days of purchase.  Please take your receipt and your unworn, tagged goods to any of our shops and the staff will happily process this for you.

Sale Items

Sale or discounted items can only be exchanged, no refunds are given.  The item must be unworn and have the original tagging attached.  

Retail Show Purchases

Only fully priced items can be returned when purchased from a show.  Please download a returns form below and send your item back to Head Office or reach out to us at [email protected].

We strictly accept no returns on discounted/sale/faulty items purchased at a show.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Jewellery Returns

Please note that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

We will always try to process refunds as quickly as possible, however it can take up to 10 working days for this to happen.

Refunds are always credited to the original method of payment.

Faulty Items

Unfortunately manufacturing faults do occasionally occur, so if you believe an item to be faulty (or it is not the item you have ordered), please contact us on 01728 685222 or email [email protected] and we will arrange for a FREEPOST label to be sent to you.
